Various kinds of Raw Material: PP, SMS, PP&PE, SMMS There are different types of raw material produced by us:
PP is a kind of economic material, which is lightweight and the barrier of paint and particulate. It can be used for preventing liquids, sprays, powders and dust from sanding.
SMS is a kind of multilayer material made of spunbond and meltblown and spunbond fabric, which is of high tensile strength. It is waterproof, resistant to chemical fluid, and breathable.
PP&PE is a kind of polypropylene fabric with polyethylene film laminated on the surface, which is of high tensile strength. It is also waterproof, resistant to chemical fluid, but its breathability is not as good as SMS.
SMMS is also a kind of multilayer material made of spunbond and double meltblown and spunbond fabric, whose tensile strength is higher than SMS. It is also waterproof, resistant to chemical fluid and static hydrostatic as well, and breathable.
Safety Level for Medical Disposable isolation gowns:
•Level 1: Minimal riskIt can be used, for example, during basic care, standard isolation, and cover gown for visitors, or in a standard medical unit.
•Level 2: Low riskIt can be used, for example, during blood draw, suturing, in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), or a pathology lab. Normally called medical disposable surgical gowns.
•Level 3: Moderate risk It can be used, for example, during arterial blood draw, inserting an Intravenous (IV) line, in the Emergency Room, or for trauma cases. Normally called medical disposable surgical gowns.
