GUARDDENT Warranty Policy:
1. All the products from Guarddent are covered with a warranty. The warranty period is indicated in each product's description.
2. Warranty covers a replacement or repair of the faulty products. Please kindly contact us sales@guarddent.com immediately for any issue that might happen to our product within the warranty period which is not man-made. You simply need to write an email to us along with PO no.
3. Within the warranty period, Guarddent will be responsible to replace the new one to you according to the quality standrad that we discussed.
4. Out of the warranty period, pls kindly contact us sales@guarddent.com to report the issue, our after-sales team will follow and give you a solution.
5. Regarding the replacement products: the buyers are required to provide photographics and video evidence of the product's defects. If the case is deemed valid, then we will replace new one to clients according to different order situation.
