What is the difference of PP and PS to produce a plastic dental cups?

1. PS dental cups price is more expensive than PP. As PS raw material is higher.

2. The transparency of PS dental cups is better than PP.

3. PP can be used for hot water over 100-120℃. But PS is normally used for cool water or low temperature water.

4. PP dental cups is soft comparing with PS, PS is hard, the sound is ringing when hold it .

5. PP raw material is widely used for food industries which is safe, heat resistance,non-toxic.

6. During the production, the raw material sheet tempurature is different between them.
